Cameron (Cam) Pruitt experienced the magic of Smile-A-Mile for many years after his initial cancer diagnosis. His mother, Alison, and grandmother, Annie, shared what Smile-A-Mile meant to Cam and what SAM’s continued support means to them after his death at the age of 13 in 2017.
